Yeditepe Robotics Research Laboratory has been established in 2007 by Prof. Duygun Erol Barkana. Our lab leads TUBITAK and European Union funded research projects in the fields of exoskeletons, collaborative human-robot interaction and machine learning.

Our research area is highly interdisciplinary and covers human-robot interaction, deep/machine learning, robot-assisted rehabilitation systems, social robots, emotion recognition, dynamic systems and control, multi-modal and 3D user interfaces. Prospective students from mixed educational backgrounds are welcome to visit our laboratory to learn more about our research.
